You never forget your first OST/PST trainers (for the right or wrong reasons). I'm proud to work with @NNTrainingOps as my team always go above and beyond. We help keep officers safe, offer advice in training/fitness and we're always there if any colleague needs support/to talk.

Great team work by all the members of @NNTrainingOps this week in delivering the IPLDP D20/21 Inital OST course & a special thanks to the Area OST Trainers who assisted us
The logistics involved & the safety measures in place made it an interesting week

What would you pay towards police and fire services through your council tax? What do you want them to focus on? PFCC @Stephen_Mold sets the budget for both Northants Police and Northants Fire & Rescue Service and wants to hear what’s important to you. surveymonkey.co.uk/r/WCNHXRM

A fantastic course, thanks to all the trainers involved. I'm honoured to be given this opportunity to be part of history. This valuable skill set will provide additional options and contingencies in the future.

I visited one of officers tonight. His burns extend from armpit to forearm but he’s so thankful that his face & eyes are relatively unharmed. Harrowing time for him & parents. They cannot talk highly enough of NGH & their care - even the 40 minute cold shower on arrival! @NGHCEO

We had a fab visit in custody from @Stephen_Mold . He was interested in our new detention officers & how they are saving Cop time by freeing them up to get back in the streets👍 He was a good sport & posed with our new special loo that filters concealed substances 😁👍😂

@NorthantsSupt and I also spoke of the quick actions by the injured officers' colleagues. It was confirmed by medical professionals that their actions unquestionably prevented more catastrophic injuries. Thank you for all you do and for displaying the true meaning of team! #team

The welfare extends to their family also. As a mother, I imagined how his mother felt when she saw an officer at the door on the night. I rang her yesterday offering @NorthantsPolice support after speaking with the brave officer. She described the fear and relief. #bluefamily
