Ukrainians bought 117,000 terminals in September alone (~$42M), plus monthly subscriptions for each one. And that's just official commercial imports. Not counting government contracts, donor-funded deliveries, direct orders from your website or grey imports.

This was followed by a news segment in which the presenter reported on powerful explosions that had occurred throughout the night and into the morning across at least 13 regions.
In Yaroslavl, the same warning interrupted a broadcast featuring Vladimir Solovyov. At that very moment, Henri Sardaryan, a staff member at MGIMO, remarked:
