When you can see the "Civatte bodies" (dyskeratotic keratinocytes) from miles away! This is lichenoid lymphocytic pattern of injury (band like lymphocytic infiltrate mostly involving the interface of basal layer and lamina propria). Can be seen in Lichen planus, meds &... #GIpath
