A founding director of @CommunityLandSc, and its 1st Chair, David Cameron from Harris, retired from the board of CLS at its AGM. It is worth recording the immense contribution he has made to community land ownership, its development, progress & increasing profile over the years.

Harvesting work is due to commence in West Ardhu (shown on map - both sides of the Kengharair track).
** It is essential that ALL signage on site is complied with for your own safety **
This work is part of the restructuring of the woodlands which includes the replanting of North Langamull now under way and the rest of the area in due course.
This restructuring includes substantial native broadleaves as well as commercial species.
There will also be some very brief periods of traffic management to allow felling along the public roadside. Once again sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
For further info please contact David Pelly:

Many thanks for your understanding.
During the period of harvesting alternative routes should be found. Operations are expected to last approximately one year.
Apologies to all users of the woodlands for any inconvenience caused during this period.
