We just published a paper in @MicrobioSoc #Mgen on Vibrio parahaemolyticus serotyping doi.org/10.1099/mgen.0.00100… . V. parahaemolyticus is a food-borne pathogen that presents surface polysaccharides which can be used to distinguish problematic and disease-causing lineages.
