Everything spectators say on the sidelines, players hear on the pitch. It can be confusing, distracting and adds pressure to a game that should be fun.
So on the 14th and 15th November, we are running a Silent Support Weekend to encourage spectators across the county to stay quiet, so young players get the chance to talk to each other more, make decisions and develop the game in their own way.

Sometimes, what you see is just the tip of the iceberg. Living with Crohn's or Colitis often means dealing with invisible symptoms that no one else can see.
This Invisible Illness Awareness Week, we want to remind people that appearances don't always represent the full picture 💜

We now have confirmation from the Premier League and ProRef that the 2027 REFspect awareness weekend will take place on the 10th and 17th April, we really do appreciate that keeping the two weeks proves that DXTL are making a massive difference at grassroots football by supporting the children and our referees. Thank you everyone for your support ReFspect.
