With warming temperatures, ice jams could cause flooding in eastern Nebraska. A flood watch is in effect through Monday evening along the Platte, Elkhorn and Loup rivers. Ice jams can cause rapid flooding. If you encounter a flooded roadway, TURN AROUND, DON’T DROWN.
