Click a name and you get a short file: who they are, what role they have in the case, and every link to someone else. Each link says where it comes from and how solid it is: 60 are proven by a document or ruling, 121 are alleged by a party, 103 are only in the press so far.

Real Madrid are playing against a club currently facing criminal proceedings for alleged sporting corruption, following charges brought by Spanish prosecutors.
The case emerged after Spain’s Tax Agency uncovered millions of euros in payments secretly made over nearly two decades to the vice-president of Spain’s refereeing committee.
And today’s match is being officiated by a referee who was promoted during Negreira’s tenure and is associated with AESAF, a referees’ organisation that has even taken legal action against Real Madrid. And the referee Munuera has also paid and received coaching from Negreira’s son, Enrique Romero.
Let that sink in.

Escrito del Real Madrid en el caso Negreira (13-7-2026, nota 11, que cita el sumario): Martínez Munuera pagó a Javier Enríquez, hijo del vicepresidente del CTA, 1.200 € "por prepararle para seis partidos".
El mismo escrito lo incluye en la lista de clientes del coaching de Javier. Y en la lista de árbitros que contaron a la investigación interna de la propia RFEF que Javier los recibía en el hotel o los acompañaba al estadio.
Su hermano, también árbitro, contó a la Guardia Civil que Juan contrató a Javier para mejorar su concentración. Sesiones online, pagadas por transferencia (Vozpópuli).
El hijo del hombre que estaba en la cúpula del arbitraje español, entrenando a los árbitros. Pagado por los árbitros. Y, por otra vía, pagado por el Barça por informes sobre árbitros.
EL SINDICATO
Junio de 2025. El BOE publica la constitución de AESAF, el sindicato de árbitros. Figuran ocho árbitros como promotores. Martínez Munuera es uno de ellos (Iusport, que cita el BOE-B-2025-22544).
Mayo de 2026. AESAF presenta dos denuncias ante la Comisión Estatal Antiviolencia: una contra Florentino Pérez y otra contra el Real Madrid y Real Madrid TV. Pide expediente sancionador e indemnización para "los árbitros atacados en los vídeos". Antes ya había pedido a la RFEF que abriera expediente a Pérez (EFE).
EL HISTORIAL
Marzo de 2024. El Real Madrid denuncia al propio Martínez Munuera ante el Comité de Disciplina de la RFEF por la "redacción negligente" del acta: no recogió los insultos a Vinícius en El Sadar (comunicado del club, 18-3-2024).
LAS PREGUNTAS
Un árbitro cuyo sindicato ha denunciado a uno de los dos clubes. Un árbitro al que ese club ha denunciado. Un árbitro que pagó al hijo de Negreira.
¿Vio el CTA un conflicto de intereses?
¿Tiene alguna norma sobre un árbitro cuyo sindicato ha denunciado a uno de los equipos?
Nuestra lectura: en cualquier otro trabajo, al menos uno de esos tres hechos haría plantearse una abstención. No hemos visto ninguna explicación del CTA.
A SU FAVOR
No está investigado ni es parte en el caso Negreira. Contratar un coach no es delito, y ningún documento relaciona esos pagos con ninguna decisión suya. Las denuncias las presentó AESAF como asociación, no él personalmente.
