GENERAL LORD ACKNOWLEDGES STRATTON'S "DILIGENCE," BUT IS NONCOMMITTAL ON "ALLEGATIONS OR FINDINGS"
Lance W. Lord spent 37 years in the U.S. Air Force, retiring in 2006 as the four-star commander of Air Force Space Command. The dust jacket of Jay Stratton's "Out of the Shadows" contains a blurb from Lord (as shown below). I asked Lord whether he endorsed Stratton's claim of a "Legacy Program," described by Stratton as a UAP reverse-engineering program, sustained by unlawful means, in which some U.S. Air Force leaders across generations have been key participants. In his response (shown below), Lord acknowledged Stratton's "diligence," but said he would "neither confirm nor deny the veracity of his allegations or findings."

😔 Mellon: Jim Ryder of Lockheed Died from a Heart Attack Two Weeks Before We Were Supposed to Meet 😔
@ChrisKMellon in 2022: "I was supposed to meet a fellow, for example, who supposedly was in one of these aerospace companies and supposedly had been directly involved in that (reverse engineering non-human craft) activity. And we were about two weeks away from meeting when he died, when he had a heart attack, And, you know, [I] can't say, you know, whether [Ryder being directly involved in reverse engineering at Lockheed] was true or not, but that's one of the allegations."
~
Mellon in 2026: "It was a gentleman named Jim Ryder from Lockheed Martin. So, just to clarify that. And it wasn't a meeting for Lue and I, actually, I was just meeting him one off, And Jim was, I guess, probably early 70s, and sadly passed away.
"I don't have any reason to believe there was foul play, other than the coincidence in timing was suspicious. I couldn't help, you know, in this world, you can't help but wonder sometimes. It's hard to know to what degree paranoia is justified.
"But, it certainly...this had been the result of a long effort by my part to get in touch with him and set this up and I was very sorry to hear what happened, and also couldn't help but go to that place and wonder a little bit if there could have been some foul play. But there's no specific indication of that."
(When I first heard this in 2022, I immediately thought that whoever this person was, may have been taken out. Hard not to at least consider that in UFO world. But, when I found it was Ryder, I asked around and several folks shared their opinion that there was no foul play, and it was a massive heart attack that ended his life on Memorial Day in 2018.)
This is what Jay Stratton wrote about Ryder in, "Out of the Shadows."
"Around this time, Jim Ryder retired and told us he was fighting cancer. I wondered, though I had no way to prove it, if his health issues were brought on by exposure to the same materials he had once wanted to move over to us - or by something more sinister. After AAWSAP came to an end, I unfortunately never had another chance to speak to Ryder before he passed."

April of 2021, Senator Reid told New Yorker:
“I was told for decades that Lockheed had some of these retrieved materials.”
In May of 2021, Reid told Las Vegas Sun:
“I've never believed Lockheed had anything in that regard, even though a lot of people believe that - I don't.”

It's time for America to take the lead in the global disclosure movement. No other nation has answered the call to lead our species into the most important chapter of human history.
Let's get this show on the road.
Replying to @JasonColavito @SicCoP1
Grusch alleges he saw records outlining the proposed LM transfer; Davis spoke in detail about Ryder, mirroring Stratton’s statements, etc. etc.
There is a literal (and highly unusual) request from Reid for SAP status for AAWSAP to protect the UAP Lockheed was to transfer.

One of the big revelations of the new Jay Stratton book is that Lockheed Martin has 12 recovered UFOs
Jay Stratton ran the Pentagon's UAP Task Force and was informed of this by Lockheed Martin VP James Ryder

In a race with major national security implications, the U.S. cannot afford to fall behind on disclosure.

“Despite its initial momentum and support, ... the boldest provisions of the UAPDA were stripped from the final NDAA. ... That narrowing reflected the enduring influence of the Legacy Program ... . ... they had certain members of Congress in their pocket.” – Stratton, pg. 265
Rep. Burlison says President Trump’s UFO files release effort has given China and Russia an opportunity to beat the U.S. to Disclosure
“I think the President and his PURSUE effort has frustration… We have a very Deep State that’s still holding onto a lot of information.”

@RepEricBurlison
According to Rep. Burlison, Russia and China could get the upper hand on the United States by being first to reveal or contact aliens.
It should now be clear that Elizondo was supposed to be the counterintel lead protecting the retrieved UAP that Lockheed/Ryder wanted to transfer to AAWSAP.
But CIA DS&T’s Gaffney (allegedly) blocked the transfer.
No UAP transfer or SAP status for AAWSAP = no Elizondo on AAWSAP

Here are some quotes from Ben Rich, formally CEO of Lockhead Martin Skunkworks, about the tech that's so obviously being hidden from us at this point.
1. “The Air Force has just given us a contract to take ET back home” (source: 1993 WPAFB slide presentation)
2. “We already have the means to travel among the stars, but these technologies are locked up in black projects and it would take an act of GOD to ever get them out to benefit humanity” (source: statement made after UCLA presentation to three Disclosure Project witnesses)
3. “Jim, we have things out in the desert that are fifty (50) years beyond what you could possibly comprehend. If you have seen it on Star Wars or Star Trek, we’ve been there done that, or decided it was not worth the effort” (Source: direct comments by Ben Rich to Jim Goodall via telephone call at the USC medical center approximately one week before Ben passed away on January 5th 1995)
4. “We have some new things. We are not stagnating. What we are doing is updating ourselves, without advertising. There are some new programs, and there are certain things-some of them 20 or 30 years old-that are still break-throughs and appropriate to keep quiet about. Other people don’t have them yet. (source: statement made by Ben Rich to Stuart F. Brown in an interview published in Popular Science October 1994)
5. “I wish I could tell you about the projects we are currently working on. They are both fascinating and fantastic. They call for technologies once only dreamed of by science fiction writers”. (source: AIAA lecture Atlanta, Ga. September 7-9 1988)

💥Ross Coulthart claims that Donald Trump is now fully aware of the existence of the UAP Legacy Program, and that Devin Nunes is overseeing it at the highest levels of the White House.

In 2023, Congress passed a strong UAP Disclosure Act, then cut out its core behind closed doors. No vote. No debate. It’s happening again with the FY2027 NDAA. Stratton: “Raytheon’s own engineers confirmed” that the “GIMBAL” UAP’s rotation is *NOT* a camera artifact.
The ATFLIR patent holder told me the same, *and* that the system’s operation is the *opposite* of what @MickWest claims.
The UAP’s flight path also rules out an artifact:

🇷🇺🇨🇳 RUSSIA & CHINA SET TO DETONATE NHI DISCLOSURE & WHITE HOUSE LEFT HOLDING THE BAG
A former NASA linked filmmaker says the real UAP/NHI reveal isn’t coming from Trump’s promised file dumps.
Instead, Russia and China are allegedly preparing a joint announcement “very soon” that they have already contacted non-human intelligence, using the move to expose American secrecy and claim technological superiority.
According to the account, Russian METI efforts once centered on a Crimean radio telescope that has since been taken offline, the work has reportedly shifted to China’s massive FAST dish, where quantum style signaling is said to have already pulled in anomalous signals from deep space.
The same source claims multiple governments (including France) have long held biological material and recovered craft debris confirming we are not alone, evidence still kept from the public while Congress warns of an accelerating narrative arms race.
US releases so far have delivered mostly blurry lights and old paperwork but If Moscow and Beijing go first with something concrete, the White House’s “transparency” rollout may look like a deliberate stall.
