As confirmed earlier through our official channels, in mid-June of this year, we unexpectedly received notice from PlayStation Studios that they would cancel the PHYSINT project. PHYSINT is an important project both to me personally and to KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS. Determined to keep the project alive, we have spent the last three months searching tirelessly for a new partner. In the course of seeking advice and pursuing negotiations with people across many fields, we found in XBOX a partner with whom we share a common vision for the future, and we have decided to team up with them once again. Please rest assured that development of PHYSINT, our genre-defining action-espionage title, is ongoing and will continue moving forward.

After nearly 3 weeks of frustration, canceled Pokémon invite orders, and uncertainty, @BestBuySupport came through and got the situation resolved.
A special thank you to Allison for never giving up on the case. My kids and I are incredibly grateful.
Invited to purchase exclusive Pokémon products on @BestBuy, successfully checked out, orders even reached “Preparing to Ship” then all 3 were auto-canceled minutes later.
After days of escalations, I was told to “buy them in store”... for online invite-only, Very disappointing

My case received exclusive invite links, placed all 3 orders within seconds of launch, watched them move to “Preparing to Ship”… then all 3 were suddenly canceled later.
@BestBuySupport promised my invite access would be restored so I could reorder, but still no resolution yet.

So @amazon cancelled my MTG Strixhaven Codex Bundle preorder at $89.99, claiming there wasn't enough stock.
Low and behold, Amazon is selling them now at $185.
Really scummy Amazon.
amazon.com/Magic-Gathering-S…
Amazon canceled my preorder claiming the item was “unavailable from the supplier.” Now the SAME product is back sold by Amazon for $185.71. I preordered 4 units at $89.99 each before release. This looks incredibly shady.
