This is called eyelid myokymia It's harmless condition in which the small muscles of the eyelid contract involuntarily. Common triggers are lack of sleep or fatigue, sress, anxiety, excessive caffeine intake and prolonged screen use. In most cases, there is no serious underlying eye disease and It settles on its own.
