My dad asked me, “man how many certs you got?” I said, “Too many”. He looked at me and said “You crazy”, he then paused and said, “but I’m proud of you son”. I’m sure he remembered when I locked myself in that room when I was still living with my parents. I was in that room day and night learning all this tech shit. I was jobless, car was fucked up, coming from a mental health crisis with hospital bills stacked up…. I’ve been through hell, but I still ran towards that light no matter how dark things got. I felt God’s presence during those moments, when I laid in those hospital beds trying to figure out wtf was wrong with me. I feel his presence right now as I prepare for the next major move. We are all far more capable than what we perceive ourselves to be. Have faith, stay locked in, no matter how old you are, or where you are in life, as long as you can breathe…you can reach that next level.
