The China trip party has an ETA back at New Hall of 7pm.

They also study Art & Music at the University. We learned about the music & the instruments of ethnic minority groups in China & also visited an exhibition of student art work which was very impressive.

We then visited Guilin Tourism University. We saw students training to work in the airline & train industries using replica models of the vehicles as you can see in the photo.

After lunch we visited the Seven Stars Park & Cave. The cave system was huge & rather surprisingly brightly lit! We had to use our imagination to see shapes of animals in the rock formations - lions, camels & elephants to name but a few.

Day 3 was an early start - 4am wake-up call meant we were up before those back in the UK had even contemplated going to bed! Most slept on the flight & on arrival in Guilin we had a delicious & varied lunch to give us energy for the afternoon’s activities.
