3:00 AM. Still thinking about our players. We ask them to put in the work nobody sees. As coaches, trainers, mentors, and supporters, we should be willing to do the same. This week I kept coming back to one question: How do we make sure these young women are SEEN? Not just for a box score. Not just for one season. Not just when they're having a great game. But for who they are, the work they put in, and the journey they're building. That's what inspired something new. 🏀 The NextLevel21WBB Signature Series Official Player Collection Each release will be built around the individual athlete—her name, her game, her identity, her journey. And this is bigger than selling a shirt. It's about giving people another way to REP HER GAME and SUPPORT HER JOURNEY. FIRST RELEASE COMING SOON. 👀 Family. Culture. Built Different. #NextLevel21WBB #SignatureSeries #SupportHerJourney #WBB #WomensHoops

Great players don't stop when practice ends. They recover. Every Sunday we designed a program to help serious players improve, from skill development to recovery. 🏀 Team Practice 🏀 High-IQ Development ❄️ Recovery Station Because getting better isn't just about how hard you train, it's about how well you recover. Train. Compete. Recover. Repeat. Built for players chasing the next level. #NextLevel21WBB #WBB #recovery #improveeveryday

🚨🚨I CAUGHT THEM...🤣 I keep telling them over and over and over that their daughter is still too young to join NextLevel21WBB🏀. Two months later... they show up anyway and ask Liana to take a picture with them just to make it look like they belong here. 🤣🤣 After checking out the Recovery Station, they looked at each other and said, "We'll be back every week!" Sorry, my friends, your daughter is STILL too young to become a member. 🤣🤣 The truth is that, now I know they only want to come for the custom towels, recovery gifts, cold drinks, and snacks. 🤣🤣 At this rate, don't be surprised if @NJLadiesHoops shows up next! 🤣🤣 Thanks for stopping by and always supporting what we're building. We truly appreciate you both! Mrs. & Mr. Racpan @Leanneracpan32 we look forward to having you in a couple of years. ❤️ 🤣 A FAMILY. CULTURE. BUILT DIFFERENT. ❤️❤️🏀❤️🏀 P.S. A huge thank you to our special guest, who was actually INVITED... 🤣 @RahmenaHenders1 — We loved having you! For those who don't know, she plays professionally overseas and took the time to stop by to support what we're building. We truly appreciate it! ❤️❤️🏀

Talent gets noticed. Habits build champions. The players who consistently improve don't rely on motivation. They rely on habits. 🏀 They practice when no one is watching. 🥗 They fuel their bodies with quality food. 💧 They stay hydrated before, during, and after workouts. 🍌 They choose foods that help them recover. 😴 They prioritize sleep because recovery is part of training. 🏋️ They strengthen their bodies in the weight room. 🧠 They take care of their minds and stay disciplined. 🔁 Then they wake up and do it all over again. Success isn't one great workout. It's thousands of great decisions repeated every day. Make excellence a habit. Family. Culture. 🏀 Sometimes one post turns into something much bigger... When I shared Liana's experience meeting one of her basketball heroes, we never expected this. ❤️ Coach Nancy Lieberman liked the post. 💬 She took the time to personally reply. 🔁 She shared it with her own community. ➕ She even followed Liana. Her words said it all: "No moment is a small moment. Kids inspire me, and I will never change when I get the opportunity to meet them." That is exactly why Coach Nancy has inspired generations of players—not just because of her Hall of Fame career, but because of the way she treats people. Thank you for reminding all of us that greatness is measured by how you make others feel. We appreciate you, Coach.🏀❤️@NancyLieberman @NJLadiesHoops @NextLevel21WBB @nyliberty @ariivory #NextLevel21WBB #NancyLieberman #WomenInBasketball #GrowTheGame #Leadership #BasketballFamily #CharacterMatters #BeTheDifference #InspireTheNextGeneration

🏀 WHY WE STARTED NEXTLEVEL21WBB NextLevel21WBB was never created to make money. It was created because two people shared the same vision. A vision of building a place where our daughters, and every young woman who was willing to work, could train, compete, and chase their dreams in the right environment. Today, one of us is no longer here. May my partner James "Jimmy" Dixon @4equalityalways Rest in Peace. But that vision didn't end. Every player who walks into our gym... Every family that believes in what we're building... Every T-shirt purchased... Every sponsor... Every donation... ...helps keep that vision alive. That's why NextLevel21WBB is proud to be a non-profit organization. Our goal is simple: Raise enough support so every serious athlete can train without paying a weekly session fee. This has never been about basketball alone. It's about creating opportunities. It's about building character. It's about giving young women a place where effort, respect, communication, and competition matter. If you believe in that mission, we'd love to have your support. Whether it's purchasing a T-shirt, becoming a sponsor, or simply sharing our story, you're helping us build something that will outlive all of us. Thank you for believing in the vision. ❤️ This is bigger than basketball. 🏀 No Politics. Just Hoops. 🌐 NextLevel21WBB.us @NextLevel21WBB @NJLadiesHoops @TinyGreenNBS @capellisport @capelli_s_plus
