Putting in some extra work before the fall season kicks off! Today I focused on driving through the ball and generating more power through my hips.

Wrapped up an amazing week at the AFCS in Indianapolis with Tri-State Thunder 18U!
Competing against top D1 talent during my first 18U season taught me so much about the game and myself. Extremely grateful for my coaches, teammates especially the seniors who I'm going to miss so much! ❤️ and all the college coaches who came out to watch us play!
Here are a few offensive and defensive highlights from the week!
