We went to the theatre on Friday night and again last night to watch different shows. The audience demographics for each show were essentially opposites and the audience behaviour reflected that. I would just like us to be more cognisant of each other’s experience in such spaces.

There’s a level of stupidity obnoxiousness that’s creeping into how we engage with performance art that, unfortunately, takes the moment away from the performers and centres the attention of the entire room on a random audience member. Behave properly, okes.
