Spent the week in Iowa with an incredible group of TMs and leaders. Appreciate the focus on fundamentals, ownership, and building the business the right way. The consistency and effort are showing up in the results. Excited for what’s ahead.
Big week in Chicagoland.
Aaron and Doug in town. Four strong restaurant visits and two impactful listening sessions with our managers and team members. Caught a Bulls game and saw the river green for St. Patrick’s Day, but the real win was the focus on feedback, leadership, and investing in our people.
Great momentum. Just getting started
COOl time in Central Illinois!!!—restaurants looked awesome, teams were fired up, and that ChiliHead Hospitality was on full display. You could feel the ownership and pride in every restaurant we walked into. We wrapped with a great listening session—real talk about what’s working and what’s next. Proud of this team and the energy they’re bringing every single day! 🌶️ #Chilis #MidwestMomentum #LeadershipInAction @dougcomings @hsteveoh13 @train3rgirl
