Somewhere tonight there’s a farmer that took a merchandiser’s sales pitch of, “If you do this accumulator at $5.00, and it hits, you won’t be upset.” Well, here they sit, CH27 at 5.00 and they can’t do anything with those bushels because they don’t know if they are sold or not.

This is a great observation regarding the #45Z bill introduced today. ILUC is often weaponized to make #biofuels look bad. This bill would exclude emissions attributed to #ILUC from 45Z calculations, which would allow the fuels to earn a larger credit. #ethanol #biodiesel #SAF
