Cem talked about this scenario, as a scenario; a decline starting September or January of this year if the Fed remained accommodative, a year and a half ago..
Now we are here. Let’s see 🔥🔥
Translation: We have to nuke them before they nuke us. 🫠
BREAKING: Netanyahu says Iran has now restarted its nuclear program and intends to destroy Israel within a short time.
"Iran has restarted its nuclear program, and it wants to destroy us within a short time," Netanyahu said an hour ago.
IDF Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir has warned that resuming the war this close to Tuesday's election will force the vote to be postponed indefinitely.
Netanyahu said on Wednesday that toppling the Iranian regime is now his directive to the IDF and Mossad.
Next week’s data worth watching:
• Tuesday - GDP Now
• Wednesday - FOMC (likely a hike)
• Thursday - BLS Q3 GDP
Ironically, with max dispersion we could see QQQ rally (dead cat) & the DIA sell off; that keeps the S&P flat-ish yet again.
Nothing happens Friday’s & Monday’s. So we have Tuesday - Thursday to trade moves at this rate.
Depending on how we open, i’ll be 👀 XLF & HD for a 🩳
Lets enjoy this macro dashboard while it lasts..

This increase in credit spreads is consistent directionally with what is predicted to happen to credit spreads based on Kim and Wright’s model estimates (half of the 10 year ust increase was term premium)
Of course if you zoom out from this picture, the latest increase is but a blip.
At the same time, my back of envelope estimation using the KM term premium estimates would say HY OAS can go up by another 100-140 bps soon.
