Ted Cruz' culture wars don’t create one new job or solve any real problems. The fact is, his rhetoric has consequences. To the nearly-7,000 Anheuser-Busch Texas employees attacked by Ted Cruz and for every hardworking Texan, this Bud is for you.

I’m proud to support my friend @kimrubio21’s campaign to be Uvalde’s next Mayor. Kim lost her daughter during last year’s tragedy in Uvalde. She has the courage, grit, and determination necessary to lead this town.

The 2023-24 school year has commenced in Uvalde. The moms at Lives Robbed continue to work toward ensuring the safety of all students, knowing that time is not on our side. Hug your babies. Take the pictures. They’re all we have left.

My latest interview from the Last Word- "Our generation has been taught to Run, Hide, Fight to survive a school shooter. Our generation needs to repurpose that and start running for office. We need to stop hiding from the responsibility that we have to protect future generations with the understanding that while our political system is broken, it is not unfixable." That is what @Leaderswedeserv is here to do.

Change isn’t going to happen in DC until it happens in Tallahassee. We need young people to run for state legislatures.

#Uziyah #foreverinfourthgrade 💔💔 Today should be your first day of 6th grade. After dropping off your brother and sister I sit at home terrified…waiting. I will never enjoy the first day of school again. Instead I will wait and hope they survive the year 💔

Our generation was told to 'Run, Hide, Fight' during drills. We've decided to RUN for office, not HIDE from the challenges we face, and FIGHT for a brighter future. This mission needs fuel - YOU. Can you step up and support our young leaders with a donation? Every bit counts.

Ted Cruz doesn’t know the first thing about small towns. Cruz talks a big game, but when push comes to shove, he's done nothing but neglect Rural Texas.
In honor of every small town in America—and all the pearl-clutching liberals who say, “If you’re opposed to BLM & ANTIFA riots, you must be racist!”—enjoy a celebration of American values:

Shameless: Rep. Lauren Boebert is being called out for the weak sauce excuses she is offering for why she callously threw in the trash the memorial pin of 10-year-old Uvalde shooting victim Maite Rodriguez. The memorial pin is a pair of green Converse sneakers — the only way her family was able to identify her after the assault weapon that was used on her made her unrecognizable. In a clip that has gone viral, gun violence activist Elijah Pelton explains to Boebert who the memorial pin was for, but she remained coldly unreceptive. "We told her who Maite was. We told her that the green Converse were one of the only ways her family could recognize her," Pelton explained. "She did not say anything to us but did shake her head ‘no’ after I told her that we hope she takes action on gun violence prevention." And then she threw the memorial pin in the garbage. Boebert offered a different explanation for what transpired, trying to blame her callous, disrespectful act on her air pods. The Colorado Congresswoman released a video saying that she didn't hear what the activist said because she had air pods on, and that she thought it was an activist who had previously confronted her aggressively. The truth is, the memorial pin for Maite conflicts with Boebert's need to push for more gun ownership, especially for AR-15 style weapons as she is one of four House Republicans who want to make the AR-15 the first official gun of the United States. Do you agree that Lauren Boebert, and other members of Congress who refuse to budge on common sense gun control, should be forced to face the parents of children murdered by gun violence?

🧵 Chairman Durbin has the votes to mark up the #AssaultWeaponsBan. The SCERT Act had 29 cosponsors. The Assault Weapons Ban has 43 cosponsors. Today, we are urging @SenatorDurbin to move the Assault Weapons Ban out of the Senate Judiciary Committee. (1/3) #BanAssaultWeapons

Last night our generator was stolen from the Bus at @VirginHotelsLV. I had conversations all morning with different levels of authority. The person with the final call (David Rodriguez) for reimbursement is “on vacation”! That was not what I was told this morning. This happened in their parking inside the premises. @richardbranson @bradybuzz – at Paradise, NV

Guns are the leading cause of death for U.S. children & teens age 1-19. It’s time for these Members of Congress to stop arming mass shooters with assault weapons & pass a set of comprehensive gun laws to save our children. ALL REPUBLICANS HOUSE DEMS: @RepCuellar (Texas 28th) @RepDonDavis (North Carolina 1st) @MGPforCongress (Washington 3rd) @RepGolden (Maine 2nd) @RepGonzalez (Texas 34th) @MaryPeltola (Alaska At Large) SENATE DEMS: @SenatorCantwell (WASHINGTON) @MartinHeinrich (NEW MEXICO) @SenMarkKelly (ARIZONA) @senangusking (MAINE) @sen_joemanchin (WEST VIRGINIA) @SenatorSinema (ARIZONA) @jontester (MONTANA)
Gun violence is the number one cause of death for children in America. Our children deserve to live free from violence. Congress must have the courage to act and pass commonsense gun safety laws, including an assault weapons ban.
