Launching my workout routine for lazy people , with longer sitting hours. no High Intensity workout just slow fat burning exercises , 3-4 days a week 30-40 mins a day . And here i achieved 100kg deadlift after 6 months of following my routine

🚨 No drinking water at Mumbai Airport, Level 3! None of the water fountains are working, forcing passengers to buy bottles costing ₹70+. My friend is currently at the airport, travelling on @airindia flight AI 2687, which has been delayed. The information desk says water won’t be available for 2 days! Elderly passengers, airport staff and travellers are struggling to find drinking water. How can @CSMIA_Official fail to provide this basic necessity? Drinking water shouldn’t be available only to those who can afford to buy it. @AdaniOnline, @MoCA_GoI & @DGCAIndia must intervene urgently. Restore access to drinking water and address this unacceptable situation immediately.

I just completed reading a paper on repetitive negative thinking and cognitive decline in older adults. These toxic and cynical creatures heading the government will in the end devour themselves after they have made life miserable for enough number of people. That’s the terrible price of too much negativity.
