Nimprod Comics 🗨️📰🎨

Sometimes you look at a comic's artwork and immediately wonder if it’s AI-generated, especially with how flooded crowdfunding platforms have become lately. While everyone has their own stance on it, we haven't seen an AI-made book pull off true artistic depth yet. The art for Blood of the Baptist is so astonishing that people could raise questions. So creator @BrianEArts put a strict, uncompromising commitment right up front: every single page, note, and word was created entirely without generative AI. Currently live on Kickstarter through November 5th, this ambitious two-part graphic novel retells the story of John the Baptist as a fearless challenger of corruption. But it goes far beyond sequential art, it’s a full multimedia experience: 🎵 Original Soundtracks & Music Videos: Erwin J. Arroza’s striking illustrations are paired with a fully realized musical companion. 🌟 Heavyweight Creative Team: Features cross-industry talent including Reina Özbay (The Chosen), composer Matthew S. Nelson (The Chosen), 14-time Dove Award winner Cindy Morgan, and Grammy-winning producer Quinten Coblentz. 📦 Physical Collectibles: Double-sided story-unfolding posters, dual soundtracks, and an exclusive numbered variant collector's edition shipping in early 2027. Seeing a team double down on traditional, all-human craft at this scale proves independent creators can deliver high-concept projects without taking digital shortcuts. The clock is ticking on this one as the campaign ends November 5th! ⏰

Chaos Comics & Timothy Lim: The return of Chaos Comics was wild, Brian Pulido dropped the Purgatori & Chastity omnibus, funded in 66 seconds flat, and cruised past 1,200 backers. Classic Pulido playbook. But if you want to see pure crowdfunding momentum right now, keep your eyes on Timothy Lim. He didn’t just match those numbers, he blew past them, sitting comfortably over 2,100 backers with an entire week left to build his score. checkout the complete video on my Substack: thecomicspanelist.substack.c… #indieComics #comics #BrianPulido #KamenAmerica
