Years ago, footage of the unreleased Tiger GameCom version of #MetalGearSolid was shared on AOL and Usenet. Does anyone have it?

It's late, so I'll risk making people mad with this: The SH2 remake is a better video game but worse art.

Did you enjoy the remake of 'Silent Hill 2' more then the original?

I think a lot of people are over-fixating on "better video game" while glossing over the "worse art" part. What I mean by that is that I think it's more gamified, more ludic than the original. You could almost say it's "Silent Hill 2: The Video Game Adaptation" in a sense.

That being said, I was far more impressed by the remake than I was expecting to be. I am generally very averse to remakes, but I suspect that Bloober Team is going to knock SH1 out of the park.

Full disclosure, this is NOT mine and I have no idea who made it. If you know who did, please tell me. It's hilarious.

Volta desperately needs a rerender in 4K. Going from 4K gameplay to a painfully long 720p cutscene is jarring. 🫠

SDATCHER just arrived! Amazingly, I’m going to have an opportunity to get this signed by Akira Yamaoka later this month.
