Former GB international Nick Jones was told by doctors he has incurable cancer & spent most of last year undergoing chemotherapy. Despite this, he has returned to running & broke 20 mins for 5km at his local parkrun this winter. Read more ➡️ athleticsweekly.com/athletic… @parkrunUK

It was a successful day for the @LymmHighSchool students who competed in the Neville Jones Warrington Schools Cross Country League on Saturday.
In the year 7 Boys race, Jack Marwood came first and Tom Welsby was 3rd.
Year 10 &11 race, Jasmine Jones won in 11 minutes 04 seconds. – at Warrington, England
