Renren yap :P I’ve been watching videos about streaming and learning how people actually approach it, and something clicked for me: A lot of people basically treat streaming like one long recording session. You stream, experiment, play around, and if something funny or interesting happens, you can turn it into a clip or even a YouTube video later. And that makes SO much sense woah So basically you guys are gonna be watching me learn and experiment with all of this in real time :3 So far I’ve done 3 streams!! Right now my first goal is literally just learning how to STREAM comfortably as I am rn. I’m figuring out all the VTuber stuff, managing a bunch of different screens and Twitch things, keeping track of chat, AND playing the game at the same time waaaa So I’m accidentally training my multitasking too LOL I’ve also been told it helps to know why you want to stream in the first place, and I think I figured mine out. One of my biggest problems with games is that I’ll start a game, have fun with it, and then randomly stop playing or forget to ever finish it… or feel demotivated Streaming gives me a reason to actually sit down and go through games properly, while still feeling like I’m doing something productive with that time And I really like having someone there watching me play :3 Obviously my friends can’t sit through every random gaming session I have, but with streaming, whoever happens to be free can just tune in, hang out for a bit, watch me progress, and leave whenever they want Then once I get more comfortable with actually streaming, I wanna start learning how to turn those streams into edited content, clips, videos, etc etc.. So basically expect a LOT of experimenting and learning for a while!! You’re watching me figure this whole thing out in real time yay :3
