Had an amazing time checking out @wellgousa Customs Frontline with the homie @NoelleWebster at the @NYAFF Nicholas Tse choreography is super on point and the setups are top tier that any action fan would enjoy. You see all his influences shine through and no “God Mode” scenes. Now the CG is very 3DO and that is throughout the film but what I found fascinating is the film tackling mental illness. It is very exaggerated but the message is clear and it resonates with me because I suffer from the same condition. Overall is a fun a B-Tier action film and can’t wait to see how Nicholas Tse evolves as an Action Director.
