Literal first rule of the cyberpunk ttrpg is “style over substance”, and the game actively encourages creativity and going out there within the confines of the setting.
Studio Trigger’s novel ideas for Cyberpunk as a setting are usually incredibly stupid and make it worse not better. CDProjekt Red would never write something as stupid as the Cyberskeleton or Project Capricorn, and it is excessively obvious that these things were just barely over the threshold of what CDPR would tolerate.
