We can't seem to get any love this season from PA Milesplit in the rankings, but the North Catholic girls are one of the best teams in PA! 19:36 average time at Youthtowne!
smileymiles.com/2024/RES0928…
Madeline was followed by Caroline Sell (19:36) in 10th, Tessa Driehorst (19:47) in 11th, Anna Morris (19:54) in 12th and Maggie Killian (19:58) in 13th. All 5 scorers ran personal best times and posted an impressive 1 through 5 spread of 1:15.
The girl's XC team successfully defended their title at the Youthtowne Clash on Saturday against a large field including several big 3A schools. The Trojanettes posted a dominant win with a low score of 48. Madeline Meeuf led the way in 2nd place overall in a PB time of 18:43.
Third place finish for the North Catholic girls in the 2A Blue Race at the PIAA Foundation meet on Saturday. The Trojanettes scored 98 behind reigning State Champ Danville (70) and defending State runner-up Cathedral Prep (78).
