Nick Saban GOLD 🥇 “Negative experiences without teaching kill morale.” This is such an important coaching lesson. Players are going to fail. They are going to make mistakes. The question: What do we do with it?

Be willing to be bad at something you want to be great at. Give yourself permission to struggle.
Then give yourself a reason to improve. Success takes more attempts than most people are willing to make. Be willing.
