Amazing news, everyone! I woke up this morning and followed up on an email with Roblox, and i got my account back! Im so grateful for everyone who has helped me. Thank you, everyone, who liked my post! Im so glad to see that something so precious to me won't be lost. I had honestly run low on hope 馃槄. This time, let's just hope it sticks, though, because I've received and accepted an appeal before, and it was mysteriously taken away 馃. Seriously, thank you to everyone, and thank you to whoever my knight in shining armour is at Roblox who got this fixed.
One of my co-workers just got banned from Roblox while he was at work with me. We are currently trying to figure out why his account was banned. We have found out it was for child endangerment, but we're not sure exactly what caused that as a reason. Despite it being around 15 days since his ban, we have not heard a single word from Roblox despite countless appeals. This is someone who has been on Roblox for 8+ years and has not had a single warning or ban during that time. I frankly think its ridicilous that in the ban we aren't given a reason then when reached out to support, we aren't given a reason as to what exactly caused it. My coworker is a very objective person and would understand that if one of his actions broke the rules that a ban would follow. If anyone could help us find out exactly what happened to cause this ban or tell us how to get in contact with support, please let us know (they are not responding to support requests)(coworker does not have twitter/x hence me posting for him)

Whoever hacked all my stuff, I hope you get what's coming to you. I've now lost access to my @depop account because it was compromised. Over a month ago. The person who got into my account was saying slurs to other users. I then put in an appeal with Depop, basically saying, Hey, this wasn't me! A month later, what do I get but my account closed. I still had incoming orders from people I've purchased from and funds in my account from people who purchased from me.
Another great day of Roblox dodging me. TLDR of everything that's happened since then (as in my previous post): My account was hacked. Roblox's support told me to refund via my bank. They deleted my account for doing so. Now wont help me. I've kept emailing them despite yesterday's tweet because im a desperate player trying to get my account back. Today I finally got some type of something back. I was emailing them before about fixing the missing balance, as the way I see it if whatever I 'frauded' them out of is returned, then there is no harm done. Logically, my account was hacked, and money was spent. Roblox knows this wasn't me because they sent me emails saying someone was sending Robux. Despite the security concerns, they were still able to get past 2FA. Whatever mistakes happen. I get told the wrong information by official Roblox sources, and they think I broke one of their policies. Whatever happens. I returned the money, so therefore it should be fair that I get my account back.
Obviously, I don't think the same way the appeals team does because they still refuse to help me. They still took my money back, though! If anyone can please help me out, please let me know. I can provide any information needed to prove my innocence to Roblox. The proof is literally in the pudding; I just need a fair case.
Seems like Roblox appeal teams don't take the time to investigate their reviews. TLDR of a previous post: my account was hacked. Roblox told me to contact my bank. Banned for contacting my bank. They haven't taken a serious consideration into any of my appeals. There doesn't seem to be any accountability with there AI robots giving blatantly wrong information. My appeal requests have been ignored by copy-and-paste responses. I even received one appeal request that was met with a 'we're unable to give you any more information' before i even was able to put anything. I feel cheated, and i encourage others not to use Roblox support if their accounts are hacked. Its insane how whoever hacked my account did less damage to me than Roblox themselves. RIP Dr_Dapper5. The only way im getting my account undeleted is by a miracle.
Hello ive been on Roblox for nearly 10 years and ive spent thousands of dollars on the game. Recently my account was compromised and they spent nearly 100 dollars on Robux and then transferred it to different accounts. The first thing i did when i saw this was call roblox's support phone number. That phone number then sent me to there support form which sent me to there AI Support bot. The support bot told me i should go through my bank inorder to get this issue fixed. I originally received an appeal but a few days later they revoked it without notice nor warning. Im practically begging them to just give me a fair chance to fix things. Its incredibly frustrating. Past all of the money and time i spent i grew up on roblox with my friends and family and my account is a very precious treasure to me.
My appeal was revoked without warning for something that wasnt even my fault. Frankly im terrified of loosing my account. Ive been a loyal Roblox user for years and i play nearly everyday. I don't know what to do and i just need someone to help me understand this is a huge misunderstanding. I'll pay the money back if thats what i need to do. If anyone can put me in contact with someone to fix this or has some advice to give me please tell me.
Id like to note that my ban appeal was on July 20th. My accounts banned for one of the many transactions that happened on the 17th.
Seriously im really scared of loosing my account if ANYONE can help me out or get me in contact with a moderator please let me know.
