Poor start to the season, Maresca under pressure even though he didn’t get what he asked for. He gets sacked mid or end of the season and the cycle goes on

Same dudes that were under my replies in preseason telling me he’s the best coach in the world are now tweeting shit like this. Very very predictable

You literally said LAST week he’s changing your life. How can we take you seriously?

Not the best player in his team, his country, in the CL. Just a load of goals vs Augsburg

Always been a big Kane but this mass consensus that he should win when he’s still yet to really achieve anything in his career is a bit mad to me

I’m not sure when but Jose Mourinho will get a chance to coach Chelsea one more time. It’s got to happen. Bring him home for one last dance. He’s still got it.

Life when a football loss only affects you for 30 minutes

Almost 7:30pm the next day and I’m still so incredibly annoyed at that loss Alonso went from an “absolute top tier untouchable manager” to a “good manager” real quick. Still time to get his name up there again, but he got schooled & failed to recognise any pattern…

Surely we can agree Chelsea are the PL’s third-best team right now, right? Not the ambition, but progress. And if Alex Scott arrives in January? Well. Things could get interesting…

Chelsea fans are hilarious lol they were turning their nose at Iraola because he didn’t have “aura” 😂 now they’re turning their back on alonso.. I asked chelsea fans last season if Alonso doesn’t get it running straight away would they back him.. they said yeah.. but look at it now

My biggest issue is that I’m over it already. BlueCo haven’t just sucked me off, they’ve sucked me dry.

That game has proper rattled me, I’m not going to be able to get over it

Xabi Alonso on managing Chelsea: “For me it’s not a privilege, for me it’s just a payday. However I will try a little bit for the first month or so. I love football. Come on Blues” Quotes via @CFCDaily
