This case ended up collapsing after the FBI refused to produce the online chats between the teenager and the undercover FBI agent--chats that included "exculpatory information."
The judge struck the chats from the record after the FBI refused to produce the entire log. The judge also found that the teenager never took any “substantial step” toward carrying out the plan.
After initially being charged with attempted murder, the teenager pled down to disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of a firearm. He received probation in April.

Prosecutors have offered a plea deal to the Damien Blade Allen, who entered a "conspiracy" to commit mass shootings with another 764-linked school shooter, Natalie Rupnow.
The parties are meeting next week to discuss the deal.

All I need to do is demonstrate that even 1 FBI informant was in the crowd and went uncharged for engaging in violence.
That automatically calls the DOJ's OIG report into question. Anyone who believes the FBI's denial of presence on or involvement in January 6 is a partisan retard.

When masked government agents are taking people off the streets and citizens are being shot in public, we should all be worried about where things are headed. As Jews, we know that when a government starts targeting certain groups of people, no one should assume they’re safe from what comes next.
Mike Rogers has chosen to align himself with a movement that is willing to attack our democracy. He stood with Trump and refused to accept the results of the 2020 election. And now we’re seeing what happens when a political movement treats the rights and dignity of certain people as disposable. For Jews, these things should set off alarm bells.

There's no way to frame the problem of the post war era more concisely. Everything is explained here, including the liberal disdain for our constitutional republic, safety and empathy being veiled distrust of White homogeneity, the hypocrisy of Jewish ethnostate and tribal enclaves while no other successful society is allowed their own, and the lack of limiting principles when multiracial means absolutely any degenerates are welcome.
There never was 'suicidal empathy' for his people, only ours for being so tolerant of their aspirations.

His military file was never released.
I am now 99.9% certain (only because you can never be 100% sure) that Israel Keyes was a US asset and a military-trained killer unleashed on the American public after serving in the US Army and being stationed in Egypt.
How was it that in a post-9/11 world, a low-income man was able to frequently pay for one-way plane tickets and never get flagged by Homeland Security? Keyes sometimes traveled with his guns in his carry-on but never got stopped by the TSA… Additionally, the DOJ refuses to release thousands of case docs due to “national security.”

The J6 pardons were a blessing, but the pardons didn't magically put these families' lives back together. The financial devastation, lost careers, broken families, and trauma these children endured didn't disappear with the stroke of a pen.
This is why I continue to do this work. There is still so much to be done, and I refuse to walk away from these families.
