Strong reaction from support for USDT.D. This ended up being a HL after all. I think there is a chance we see 7.20% which could be the next big area for longs.
Three years as a macro analyst in @WealthGroup. Thank you all for being part of my journey and trusting my analysis. Your support means a lot. Here’s to more years together! 💚

I have a very subjective feeling that Trump will announce something between now and the midterm elections to bring oil down and help markets reverse.
I prepared a new market overview with a focus on stock markets which are increasingly becoming more interesting. I also discuss my macro outlook on BTC. Join me here for full analysis here:

High VIX, sentiment at extreme fear for the SPX, and some high cap stocks are at a significanr discount. Feels like a good time to dip my toes into some longer-term bags.
BTC continues to show relative weakness against the S&P500 after rejecting at our resistance zone a few weeks ago. This has been something we have expected when this zone was reached and is only logical after weeks of BTC outperforming the SPX. Remember, the weekly bullish divergence on SPX during summer market the bottom for the index.
The divergence has not been reset yet. Once this box is broken, BTC's outperformance against the SPX will mean a more parabolic move in the crypto market, likely towards new highs for BTC and the index. This certainly takes time as this is a macro chart. Moving forward, it is worth noting that the index is following the exact pattern as in 2023. I am not a fan of bar patterns as they can easily break, especially when they get too prominent.
However, such bar pattern also shows how deep BTC and BTC/SPX can drop before continuation higher, even in bull markets. In 2023, the index dropped towards the 200D SMA before printing a higher high and initiating a macro uptrend.
This translated into a 20% drop for BTC. It is important to keep this is as an open option, as in case we actually get something similar, we are prepared and not caught off guard. I believe that over the next months BTC will continue to outperform the SPX.
Bottom on BTC/SPX
In hindsight it was such a good idea to focus on crypto over stocks.
Above the green box, we can talk about a macro change of trend for the index.
Resistance here, so not an area for new buys, but I remain confident that eventually this will be broken and BTC outperforms the SPX for at least a year.
We caught a 8% move on ETH on the "Bloody Monday" fear recently. Below you can find a glimpse of the thought process, combining technical and sentimental analysis. Join me for full analysis in @WealthGroup here:

USDT.D very simple here.
3D close was bearish, favoring longs.
Acceptance above would lead to 7.20%.
As long as below, I target 5.70% in the mid-term.
We have two key macro events in the next 2 weeks that will influence the markets. I think that the price-action going into the events will tell us a lot about the price-action after the events.

Why is CT max bearish instead of being bearish when BTC printed a 3D bearish divergence below yearly open?
Now look who gave you the exact top on the market and helped you preserve capital once again, and who was bullish at the top. The latter camp was certainly bigger than the bearish camp. Soon we go fishing again.
I prepared a new video where I share my current thoughts on the market, this week's macro events and my expectations for the next weeks as we move closer to the FOMC and the US midterm elections. Join me for full analysis in @WealthGroup here:

Solid reaction from BTC today after hot PPI data which was somewhat priced in as the market dropped before the release. Regardless, inflation is still a problem as this week's CPI and PPI prints show. I don't think another rate hike later this month is completely unlikely. Warsh will speak in a few hours and he will comment on the prints as well. BTC needs to reclaim 84K to exclude further lows in the next weeks.
Reminder that BTC is still only down 8% after a 50% move. If you are stressed about the market, it is rather your holdings that are a problem.
All the indicators that made us cautious at the top are slowly starting to turn towards a more appropriate buying environment. While ETF inflows peaked in September near the top (classic) they are in red now. Retail capitulation is a good signal to look for buy triggers.

I am not macro bearish as long as bitcoin:native holds above 74K-69K but also not as comfortable buying here without a deeper flush.
OI pretty high with ETF inflows as well (high retail interest). Daily bearish divergence on BTC. Daily bullish divergence on DXY.
Biden launching a memecoin. Historically a weak month for markets. Just too many signals lining up. I remain patient for new positions.
