Is Jared Goff this generations Drew Brees? GAUDY passing stats that are ignored because of more talented QBs in his era? Is Jared Goff the best passer in the NFL while leading the NFL with 1788 passing yards, 14 TDs, 0 INTs and a 112.5 passer rating? #NFL #JaredGoff #Lions

AT, Arvell and Skatt are the 3 players who their personalities should lead the team

Modern injury rates are basically physical evidence that all their claims about older eras are fake
Its because nba old heads hold on to nostalgia and dont want to accept that the league back then, possession to possession, was less physically demanding than today Half a game the defenses were stagnant and standing around watching post ups. Barely had to defend the 3pt line

Yup maybe it was more taxing for the on ball guy but the other 4 guys just got to chill and sit with their man. Especially since illegal defense was a thing. Its fine if you appreciated those eras more I actually go back and watch 80s and 90s finals games because I love the game.

I want Derwin so bad. He would be Dennard’s Kyle Hamilton and lets Holland fully be a centerfield/half field ball hawk
Budda baker for a 28’ 5th , him and holland would be such a nasty and complimentary modern safety duo

You will never get it through these guys heads that the league is far more taxing. In the 90s they barely even guarded the 3 point line. Seriously just go watch the 91 Finals. Yes you could be more physical but the amount of ground covered now is significantly larger.

Media are all idiots man
Bill Simmons says sneaker technology could be the cause of the recent NBA injuries: “Something's fishy about all of it. It can't just be the wear and tear in basketball being harder… Guys love the ability to do Eurosteps… I wonder if the technology is actually working against them in some cases.” (h/t @TheNBABase)

Offense used to be throw it in the post or iso and stand around for 17 seconds on the shot clock. Denying the effects of pace of play is being obtuse for sure.

People keep saying the pace was faster in the Wilt era Yes but the game also didn’t ask players to do what they ask today It’s the moving while doing constant changes of directions in ways that werenot done in the past that’s the difference and one of the biggest contributor
Im not talking about pace, im talking about how much ground these guys have to cover in every single possession. The 60s and 80s wasnt 5 out basketball where guys were constantly having to rotate all over the floor. Guys cover so much more ground now than back then

Lebron fans will protect this era no matter what, and we know the reasoning behind it, they think we’re stupid lmfao

Go back and watch a full game from like 1997, it is genuinely unbelievable how little effort is required on defense. And then on offense half the teams just fed it to the big on the low block. The amount of standing around on both ends compared to now is insane.

People really think these guys arent training properly with 2026 modern medicine and strength/conditioning programs. You got old heads thinking the fucking 70s through 90s had better sports science/health/training than current day
Replying to @Not___KC
Another thing is these dude start training like this from a younger age now. AAU circuits and trainers have these dudes add miles to their bodies before they even step foot onto an nba court

End the show because there will never be a moderator who has the same level of chemistry with Chuck, Shaq and Kenny

Lmaooooo the first clip is fucking crazy. He squeezed through like a madden glitch and still made the play
Arvell Reese might already be the MOST FEARED LB in the entire NFL. Through 7 GP, Reese has 56 total tackles, 1.5 sacks, 6 TFL’s, 4 PD’s, and 1 INT. The Giants rookie LB is currently the favorite (34%) to win DROY on Kalshi 😳🤬
