Bought @KiddeCanada smoke detectors last July. They claim to last 10 years, or maybe 7 months, whichever comes first. That unwanted chirping noise in the middle of the night is something very special. Grrr. And I don’t say Grrr lightly. Only when sleep-deprived.

What a crappy 3rd-rate little hick town this is. The reasons to live here decline every day. Between @cityoftoronto and @fordnation it’s hard to know who’s more tiny-minded. We make Omemee look worldly and sophisticated.
After months of waiting we learned today @cityoftoronto has denied our #CafeTO patio at Bar Volo this year. We are disappointed by the news after having a patio for 3 years w. no issues. There needs to be more support for small businesses creating culture & community in our city!
