LET'S HAVE A REAL CONVERSATION ABOUT THE KICK PARTNER PROGRAM (KPP). I think it's time we started having some uncomfortable conversations about what's really happening to creators on Kick. When many of us first got accepted into the Kick Partner Program, we were making LIFE-CHANGING MONEY. I'm talking about the kind of money that made you believe you could finally pursue content creation full-time without constantly worrying about how you were going to survive. I KNOW I WAS ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE. Fast-forward to today, and a lot of creators are questioning why their pay rates aren't anywhere near what they used to be, even when they're still putting in the hours, producing content, and building their communities. And here's where I have a problem. There are concerns within the community that mass reporting, accusations of viewbotting, and inconsistent enforcement may be affecting creators' earnings. But if Kick reviews someone's metrics and finds no evidence of manipulation, why should that creator still feel like they're being penalized? Where is the transparency? Where is the consistency? And let's talk about something else nobody seems to want to address. Why does it appear that certain highly viewed or influential streamers can have other people broadcasting on their channels, keeping their streams running nearly 24/7, while smaller creators feel like they're being held to an entirely different standard? I'm asking this as someone who has PERSONALLY streamed for days at a time. There were times I pushed my body beyond what I should have because I genuinely believed that if I kept working, kept producing content, and kept showing up, my hard work would be rewarded. "MAKE THAT MONEY. KEEP STREAMING. KEEP GRINDING." That was my mentality. But when I was doing it, people complained. People questioned it. People had something negative to say about how long I streamed and how much I was earning. Now that more creators are experiencing declining payouts and questioning the program, suddenly everybody wants to have the conversation. BUT HERE'S THE THING: IT WAS A PROBLEM FROM THE BEGINNING. It just wasn't everybody's problem yet. And that's what bothers me about the creator community sometimes. We tend to ignore issues when they're affecting somebody else, but the moment those same issues reach our own pockets, we suddenly want accountability. This isn't about hating on successful creators. This isn't about feeling entitled to anybody else's earnings. And this definitely isn't about expecting Kick to hand us money for doing nothing. THIS IS ABOUT FAIRNESS, TRANSPARENCY, AND CONSISTENCY. If the rules apply to one creator, they should apply to EVERY creator, regardless of followers, viewership, popularity, or influence. If pay rates change, creators deserve to understand why. If a creator is being penalized, there should be a clear explanation and a fair opportunity to appeal. And if creators are genuinely producing content, maintaining legitimate viewership, and following the program's guidelines, they shouldn't have to constantly wonder whether their next payout is going to reflect their work. Kick gave a lot of us an opportunity to turn our dreams into reality. That's something I'll always appreciate. But appreciating an opportunity doesn't mean we should be afraid to question how that opportunity is being managed. A PLATFORM CAN CHANGE YOUR LIFE AND STILL HAVE THINGS THAT NEED TO BE FIXED. BOTH CAN BE TRUE. And to my fellow creators, remember this: Just because something isn't affecting you TODAY doesn't mean it won't affect you TOMORROW. We should've been having these conversations when it was happening to the smaller creators, not just when it started affecting everybody else. The Kick Partner Program shouldn't feel like a popularity contest. It should feel like a PARTNERSHIP. And partnerships require accountability on BOTH sides.

🕊️ REST IN PEACE @BadchoicesOg ❤️🕊️ It is with a heavy heart that I share some heartbreaking news with our community. I was recently notified by @BadchoicesOg 's wife that he has sadly passed away. First and foremost, I want to send my deepest condolences, love, and prayers to his wife, family, friends, and everyone who had the opportunity to know him. I pray that his loved ones find strength, comfort, and peace during this difficult time. I want to take a moment to speak on the type of person he was, at least from my personal experience. He was someone who always tried his best to make sure I was good. Whether it was checking in, showing support, or simply being there, he always showed genuine love. And one thing I knew about him was that he would do absolutely anything for his family. That alone speaks volumes about the type of man he was and where his heart was. It's crazy how we can meet people through gaming, streaming, and the internet and build connections that go far beyond a screen. Sometimes we don't realize how much someone means to us or how much of an impact they've made until moments like this. I genuinely appreciate every bit of love and support he ever showed me, and I'll never take that for granted. I wish I had the opportunity to tell him that one more time. To his wife and family, I want you all to know that he was appreciated, respected, and valued by the people he connected with. His kindness and the love he showed will not be forgotten. To my community, please cherish the people around you. Check on your loved ones, tell people you appreciate them, and never assume you'll always have another opportunity to do so. Life is precious, and tomorrow is never promised. Please keep his wife, family, and loved ones in your thoughts and prayers, and respect their privacy as they navigate this heartbreaking loss. Rest peacefully, @BadchoicesOg . 🕊️❤️ Thank you for always showing love, for looking out for me, and most importantly, for being the person you were.

BE PROUD OF THE UNSEEN WORK Nobody sees every sacrifice. Nobody sees every late night, every time you almost quit, every time you kept going when nobody knew you were struggling. But you know. Give yourself credit for the work nobody else got to see.

DON'T LET PEOPLE CHANGE YOUR HEART People are going to disappoint you. Some will lie. Some will switch up. Some will leave. Don't let their actions turn you into somebody you don't want to be. Learn the lesson without becoming the lesson.
