Poppy changes: - Base AD reduced from 60 to 56 - Base health regen increased from 8 to 9 - Base mana increased from 280 to 300 - Mana growth increased from 40 to 45 - Q bonus AD ratio reduced from 100% to 75% - Q max health damage reduced from 9% flat to 7-9% - Q non-champ damage cap increased from 75-195 to 85-225 - Q slow reduced from 20-40% to 20-32% - Q slow now scales with 0.008% per 100 bonus HP - W bonus resists increased from 12% to 16%
