this character was a huge pain in the ass to get working, holy moly.
anyway, here's Kimimaro. he's a strong character for anyone that's learning to play, while still giving plenty of room to finesse with his more niche moves. can't go wrong with this guy.

im not your daddy im your grandpa.
this concludes the characters introduced in GNT3.
10 more characters to go.
up next is (checks notes) FUCK it's kimimaro.
if you have the execution for 6AY, Tsunade is terrifying. any clean JB or throw means substitutions getting disabled and a quick end to the round.
Tsunade being mid tier in spite of being able to do this is how you know GNT4 is a truly fucked up game for sickos.
you've got to be kidding me, Jiraiya 2A does this shit too
Replying to @Novasonicrun
instead of hurtbox, it checks against the midpoints between each foot and the root.
on top of that, it skips the check against opponents with the "AIR" flag, which is different from actually being airborne. look, it's complicated. don't worry about it kitten
getting hit by an Itachi 2X combo is a rite of passage.
I think Itachi is one of the more fun (and dare I say fair?) top tier characters to fight against, once you understand the matchup. Until then though, you won't have a clue what to do.
legendarily strong character.
the way that Shino's 2A works was driving me crazy, but I finally know what the original game does (and it turns out this applies to Shikamaru 2X too)
it doesn't actually care about the opponent's hurtboxes lol. see this screenshot? Iruka's back foot doesn't get hit here.
