TechWolf announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by @SAP, marking the largest acquisition of a venture-backed software company in #Belgian history. ☄️
When we partnered with Andreas 🐺, Jeroen 🐺, Mikaël 🐺, in early 2024, we shared a conviction about where the world of work was heading. #AI would fundamentally reshape how organisations operate, how work gets done and how companies understand and deploy their talent. TechWolf was building for that future long before it became an obvious priority.
What stood out just as much was the ambition behind it: to build a #global software leader from #Ghent, without compromising on the culture and values that made TechWolf special.
Since then, the team has expanded globally, worked with some of the world's largest organisations and built a #product and #brand that is helping define how companies understand their #workforce in the age of AI.
Now, together with SAP, TechWolf has the opportunity to bring that technology to organisations on an entirely new scale. Andreas will continue to lead the company, with TechWolf retaining its brand, #culture and home in Ghent.
We're incredibly proud to have been part of the journey so far and grateful to Andreas, Jeroen, Mikaël and the entire wolfpack for trusting us along the way. They'll always be part of the Felix Capital family.
