Starting ERP for my OCD next week. Any tips/thoughts/info? I’m terrified. I have rescheduled a couple times already but I figure ERP is hard but so is living with these thoughts.

OCD makes me question every action, step that I take. Feeling that if I am to make the wrong decision - it will change the entire trajectory of my life. Most times I get so distressed by this that I do nothing at all, fearing I will make the wrong choice. Anyone else?

I’m just getting so numb to everything because of how long I’ve been spiraling with my thoughts but then the numbness makes me panic too. Can I just stop feeling? Thx.
