This is one of the busiest municipal courts in NYS, crime has increased year over year under Republican leadership, and the other sitting town justice literally said the backlog is already out of hand.
These cowards claim fiscal responsibility, in reality they’re undermining public safety to prevent the possibility that a Democrat could flip a long held Republican seat.
It’s already happening y’all, and not just in Washington.

You can expect a lot more of that with him in charge of the #DNC. I’ve seen him fight shoulder to shoulder local candidates in NY—and win!
As someone who knows a few things about winning tough elections in both houses of my state legislature, my eyes are on Virginia tomorrow for the first real test of Democratic strength since the November election.
Electing @Kannanforva and @jacktrammell to the State Senate, and @SinghforVA to the House of Delegates is critical to maintaining our Democratic majorities with a Republican as Governor and MAGA control in Washington.
