What your current and potential customers need and want is likely changing. Are you following their lead and changing up your marketing or trying to do the same old thing as a year ago? How can I help you make the transition to something new? #MarketingStrategy #consulting

Curious about your thoughts on pricing. I have a client that I usually do marketing strategy for. I'm now reviewing all of their web pages (for two strategic purposes) and providing recommendations on changes. What's a reasonable hourly rate for something like this?

This is an amazing thread!! As a working mom with limited time, I am using these suggestions and those in the responses to work on some new things this summer with my 12 and 9 year olds.
This summer my kids are enrolled in the "school of mom" - learning life lessons (& growing up so they don't need me as much) ages elementary and high school So far: - how to make certain meals - how to order groceries online - how to update drivers license What should I add?

A8. Understanding your audience is everything. Without them you’re not in business. If you don’t understand them you can’t connect with them and build relationships with them #winniesun
Q8. What can be learned from understanding your audience / clients? What research can you conduct to identify their needs, interests, & obstacles? How can you use this info to give them what they want when implementing brand marketing strategies so it resonates? #WinnieSun

A6a. Creating multifaceted brand content means striking a balance between showcasing your brand's personality and delivering value to your audience. By doing so, you can build trust, credibility, and a loyal following. #WinnieSun

A7 Know the pain points of your ideal target, understand how your competitors solve that challenge, and how you can solve it differently. And that will help you figure out who you are and how you are different from your competitors. You do need a unique perspective. #winniesun

A6 Know what your ideal target needs + provide it in a unique way. Allow your authentic self to shine through. Consider your logo colors, what you wear & the stories you share. Show personality in social media via memes, or quotes. It's not only about knowledge. #winniesun

A4 Be consistent in your branding. Choose colors, visuals that truly exemplify who you are. If you're about change, consider what you're wearing and the colors you choose. Think about what's in the background of your photos. It all says something about your brand. #winniesun

A3a When it comes to colors, I looked at a lot of colors. I love blue for what it represents, especially to my clients. Bold blue is stability and dependability. And I get to add my bright pink to show personality as part of my brand. #winniesun

A3 OKsuzi is built on the idea of my nickname, Suzi. People said OK, Suzi all the time. Eventually, I used it as my email and for messaging. And then it became my company name because it is memorable. I added the Strategy part to clarify what I do within marketing. #winniesun

A2 Ultimately the OKsuzi Strategy brand is about marketing and business strategy. The name is memorable in a competitive industry. The colors are bold and fun (yay pink!) because that is often what marketers need to be to make change happen. #winniesun

Here's another reminder that you need to look at your automated communications and course-correct as necessary. Texas has loads of challenges right now from the ice storm. An email to "please review us" is totally tone-deaf. In the case of email, you can easily segment your list.

As a client wraps up a relationship with a PR firm, I'm wondering what they should cover in their final meeting. thoughts from the PR pros here? What do you cover in your final meetings? What do you wish you covered when you wrapped up with a recent client? #publicrelations #PR

Yup! 100% truth!
Who does social media marketing for + has experience with campaigns for Gen Z? Or if you've worked with someone who you love with this experience, I'd love to know who you worked with. There are amazing SMMs who can figure it out, but this client needs/wants existing experience.
