Coaches, do you feel undervalued?
At the @NSCA TX Clinic, I shared “Illustrating the Value of Strength & Conditioning”—a framework to help spotlight the value, fiscally and otherwise, that you create.
What you do matters. Knowing how to showcase it matters even more.
So many times I’ve heard this message from Coach Keeling. He has a special place in my heart. Happy Birthday Coach Keeling!

🚨 Sport AND Strength Coaches 🚨
The “We Aren’t Fit” fallacy is rarely just about conditioning.
Use this framework to build alignment between sport and strength coaches. ⬇️
"Fitness" is rarely the root cause—context is king.
