30 years ago, our volunteers traveled to Havana, Cuba to do something that had never been done before- perform knee and hip replacements at a partner hospital outside the United States. Be a part of the mission by donating today. operationwalk.org/donate/ #FlashbackFriday

We wanted to give our Central team some love this week! Our hard working crew insures that instruments are sterile, in good working order, and ready for our surgical crews, often in hot and crowded conditions. OpWalk couldn't be successful without them. #centralprocessingweek

Often patients have traveled hours away from home, so they are feeling vulnerable, lonely, and nervous. Our volunteers engage them in conversation, give manicures and pedicures, provide coloring pages, and play games to make them feel seen and cared for. #worldmentalhealthday
