One of the more impressive arms of the day so far is ‘23 RHP/OF Robert Leach (Orchard Park). The righty it up big since we last saw him in February. Sitting 82-84 T85 MPH with bulldog mentality. Floats a CB over at 69-71 MPH. Works quickly and competes every pitch @PBRNewYork
