A regular executive review brought together Dr. Zahran Salim Al Salti, Dean of CBFS; Yasser Al-Kalbani, Assistant Dean of Administrative & Financial Affairs; and Abdullah Al Kindi, CEO of OSOS, alongside the respective executive teams. Representing OSOS were Abdullah Al Raqadi CIOO and Rajaa Saleh Al Ghanbusi, Senior Director of Operations. The meeting focused on reviewing project progress, discussing areas requiring attention and aligning on priorities and the way forward. These conversations are an important part of our delivery approach. They encourage open dialogue, strengthen alignment and help keep the teams focused on the actions needed to advance implementation. It is about working alongside our customers, taking ownership, addressing challenges constructively and remaining focused on the value EduRP is intended to deliver.
