Apparently @jamestalarico won with a huge turnout from young adults. Want to know why? Here is my guess: On social media, the algorithms give you more of what you consume. Talarico’s messages are positive. To the point of being “syrupy”. Voters that committed to watching his social posts, got more of not only his posts, but also other positive messages. Contrast that with historically negative messaging across past elections, and I think the contrast was striking and motivational for many. Enough to draw record numbers to a primary. It may be crazy to some, but the idea of “my feed and FYP got better the more I watched his videos” is enough to get voters excited to support and vote for him. Call it “PositivityMaxxing” 😂. But I truly believe that candidates that can give positive messages, authentically and confidently , can be part of a new successful trend. Regardless of party or office. Thoughts ?

Neguse: Where is this company headquartered? Noem: I don’t know. Neguse: I don’t know either. We can’t find it. We did find an address that’s registered to a political operative. This company that received 143 million dollars was incorporated 8 days before this contract went out. You want the American people to believe that this is all above board, that $143 million of taxpayer money just happened to go to this one company that doesn't have a headquarters, doesn't have a website, has never done work for the federal government before and is registered apparently or attached to a residence from a political operative, and of course one of the subcontractors of that contract, as you know, is a political firm that's tied to, to you back when you were governor of South Dakota?

With Tomlin stepping down, Zac Taylor is now the 5th longest-tenured NFL coach… let that sink in. #whodey 🤦‍♂️ @JoeGoodberry @JamesRapien @bengals_sans @BengalsTalkSI @zimwhodey @AdamSchefter

Tapper: "Would any of those officers [on Jan. 6] been justified shooting and killing the rioters?" Noem: "We don't pick and choose which situations laws are enforced and which ones aren't. Every single one of them is being enforced under the Trump administration." Tapper: "I just showed you video of people attacking law enforcement officers…President Trump pardoned all of them, and you said that President Trump is enforcing all the laws equally. It's just not true. There's a different standard for law enforcement officers being attacked if they're being attacked by Trump supporters."

I’m annoyed that I have like 500 different shows available at any given time, and nothing as good as what was on the 4 channels I used to have when I was a little kid.

It’s always interesting to go back and see what actions start a sequence like this. In the video on the left, it appears OSU #75 drives Mich #0 to the ground well after the play, which would be a personal foul. The video on the right shows us what really happened. Mich #0 grabs #75 by the face mask and pulls him down. To make matters worse, Mich #6 then shoves #75 down. What should have happened here, in addition to an ejection, Mich #0 should have been penalized for the face mask and Mich #6 should have been penalized for unsportsmanlike conduct for the late shove down. Each would be enforced separately half the distance to the goal.
Automatic ejection. In no universe should he be allowed to play another down.

Let me get this straight: @YouTubeTV has no problem automatically billing me each month for its service. Makes sense--they have all the necessary info. But when it comes time to offer it's dinky $20 credit, YTTV suddenly needs the customer to do all the paper work heavy lifting?

ESPN was most culturally relevant when men would wake up and go to bed watching SportsCenter to check scores and highlights. Now it’s just sports talk radio with gambling shows sprinkled in
The perception of ESPN is at an all-time low dlvr.it/TP6hB7

Here's what's freaking out these SEC guys. They are telling everyone the league is so deep that it's cannibalizing itself. If they have multiple two and three loss teams in the playoffs. Chances are they are going to have to travel North to play in December. They don't want that

This is what passes for a network show @espn @ESPNCFB? Dudes sitting in spare rooms w/ headphones; while background noise of their homelife filters over the broadcast. At least ask hosts to iron their bedsheets before draping them up. What happened to studio shows? Embarrassing.

44 people who worked in senior roles in the first Trump admin came away from that experience warning about the dangers of a second Trump term, including the former Vice President. Why are you surprised by any of this?
