Nigeria belongs to Nigerians
My attention has just been drawn to a video circulating on some social media platforms, alleging that I gave an order denying a political party use of a private facility for their townhall event. This is preposterous and utter falsehood, because I did not. This is shameful and reveals a desperate pattern adopted by the opposition to attract attention. There’s no doubt that democracy guarantees freedom of expression. It should be noted, however, that it does not grant anyone the right to defamation. Democracy also offers avenues to seek redress. So, let it be known that there are red lines that should never be crossed.

I am deeply concerned by reports of suspected artificial intelligence-generated photographs and other questionable records in the preliminary register of voters published by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). These allegations raise serious questions about the integrity of our voter registration system and the safeguards in place to protect the credibility of the forthcoming general elections. With the 2027 elections approaching, INEC must provide Nigerians with clear and convincing answers. How did these suspicious images enter the register? Were the individuals associated with these records genuinely registered? Were the identities properly verified, and could these irregularities have affected the accuracy of the voter register? While I welcome INEC’s decision to investigate the matter, but Nigerians deserve more than assurances. The investigation must be thorough, transparent and independent (outside of INEC’s internal affairs), with its findings made public and any individuals found culpable held accountable in accordance with the law. INEC must also allow a comprehensive and independent audit of the preliminary register, verify questionable entries, investigate possible duplicate or artificial identities and ensure that no eligible Nigerian is disenfranchised in the process of correcting irregularities. Our democracy cannot afford any compromise in the integrity of the voter register. Every eligible Nigerian must have the right to vote, and every vote must count. Equally, nobody should be allowed to exploit technology, including artificial intelligence, to undermine our electoral system. The credibility of the 2027 elections begins with a credible voter register, and INEC must get its act together. - RMK

OBI, COME AND SAVE NIGERIA AS TINUBU PLANS TO BORROW NIGERIA OUT OF EXISTENCE President Bola Tinubu is seeking to borrow $20.52 billion and €1.045 billion as part of the Federal Government's 2026-2027 Supplementary External Borrowing Plan. What has the APC done with all the billions of dollars it has borrowed in over three years? Where is the money purportedly saved from the removal of fuel subsidy? Where is the money said to have been recovered by the EFCC? What about the trillions of naira spent on white-elephant projects like the coastal road? Nigerians await President Obi. A New Nigeria is POssible. We can do it!

WHEN AKWANGA REMEMBERED HOW TO SMILE In the quiet of Akwanga, where the sun has long pressed its weight upon weary shoulders, a presence arrived not with drums or silver, but as a river returns to its course; silent, certain and carrying the memory of rain. The people did not wait to be summoned. Word moved through them like breath through a sleeping forest, and they stepped onto the road that leads into the town. They came not as a crowd purchased, but as a land that has remembered its own thirst. Under the same heat that once scorched hope into silence, they wore again the garments they had laid aside for 12 long seasons. Smiles, long buried beneath hunger and the fear that walks at night, returned as flowers return after the first true rain. They called his name the way one calls light into a room that has known only shadow. They danced... not for spectacle, but as feet remember a drum they have not heard in years. The road held them; the distance did not turn them back. They ushered Peter Obi as one ushers the first cool wind after drought, as one receives a son long expected. For 4 days Obi has walked from one soil to the next, leaving the ease of rooms behind so that the rooms of ordinary people might feel less empty. A true leader does not shout from the hill or from the bunkers of aso-rock; he sits where the stories are told and listens until the stories themselves become the map. The town hall is not a stage. It is an ear. And the people of Nasarawa, undeterred by heat or miles, walked to meet that ear, bearing their particular burdens so that those burdens might at last be named and in time, lightened. When a man walks the path the people walk, he does not walk alone. When he listens before he speaks, the land begins to trust its own voice again. With such a light held steady, the night need not claim every tomorrow. A new Nigeria is not a promise flung from a distance; it is a seed already stirring in the hands of those who still choose to believe. And belief, once it finds soil that listens, does not easily return to dust. Good evening Nigerians. A NEW NIGERIA IS POSSIBLE ADÉLẸYẸ is my name © @BlazeRegent ™ #PeterObi #PeterObiOrNothing

BREAKING: Political Tension in Enugu as NDC Candidate Raises Alarm Over Planned Town Hall Meeting “They are trying to stop Peter Obi’s town hall meeting in Enugu State for political reasons. It can never happen. We paid ₦3.5 million for the hall and an additional ₦500,000 for the outside space, but now they are trying to prevent us.” — Princess Ada Ogbu, Enugu East NDC senatorial candidate, raises the alarm ahead of tomorrow’s town hall meeting in Enugu State, alleging attempts to stop the event for political reasons.

Nigeria’s Future Depends on the Kind of Leader We Choose!!! Of all the presidential candidates for 2027, who truly has the vision, mindset, and leadership style to lead Nigeria towards a better future?! Who can inspire our young people to embrace integrity, hard work, honesty and discipline instead of believing that corruption, thuggery and shortcuts are the only ways to succeed?! Who can be trusted to protect public funds and use the people’s money for the good of the people, rather than buying 2026 prado for idiotic youth who have sold their conscience for money?!? Who has a genuine heart to serve the people and lead by example not a desire to be served, worshipped or enriched by power?! Who, unlike the dropout with no known classmates, has shown, through their personal investment in education and their own life journey, that they truly understand the power of education and the importance of investing in the minds and future of our children?! Who has the vision, courage, and practical plans to drastically reduce thuggery, hooliganism, and political violence, misappropriation of public fund and give our young people a better purpose and a brighter future?! Nigeria needs more than a president who can corruptly strategize and do Godfatherism. We need a leader whose character, actions and values can inspire a nation!!! We need someone who will make honesty a source of pride, hard work a path to success, education a national priority and public service a responsibility rather than an opportunity for personal gain and domination!!! Our future is at stake, the future of our children is at stake, and the hopes and dreams of millions of Nigerians are at stake!!! I beg you in God’s name, let us look beyond tribe, religion, political parties, fake promises and popularity. Let us examine their records, their priorities, their actions, their values and what they have hitherto done for the people!!! And let’s through our votes, move Nigeria forward and CONQUER!!! A better Nigeria is very very POssible!!!
