WATCH: Virginia breaks the NCAA indoor record in the distance medley in 9:14.19. Anchored by Gary Martin in 3:50.09!
Splits: 2:50.51 – 46.26 – 1:47.33 – 3:50.09
Washington ran 9:14.10 last weekend but it was on an oversized track.

With all due respect @EricRueb and @BillKoch25 , there is only one sport from the fall left out, boys cross country. Colby Flynn from Bishop Hendricken was 2nd team all state and a key member of the state championship team. Would be nice to see him added in.
It's hard to say goodbye to seniors who played their final fall season, but it's good to know the future is in good hands.
Who will fill their place? These 10 freshmen are a good place to start and should be fun to watch the next three years
