Not a stupid question but if you pay close attention most of Naruto's chakra had already been extracted by Momoshiki before Sasuke and the others arrived to help So Naruto wasn't fighting at his full power throughout the fight

What does that have to do with light speed ? If you want to talk about exuding enough force to move at light speed then no one can since that requires infinite energy And how are the chakra elements weaker ? Sasuke at the beginning scorched the earth which a normal fire can't do
